The perfect middle ground between savory, sweet and zesty. Our standard-issue roll, they start out as a buttery brioche dough, and are then glazed with a top-secret mixture of butter, honey and rum before going into the oven to be baked to golden-brown perfection. They're a family favorite, and we use them ourselves for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Outstanding ways to eat a Honey Rum Roll include as burgers, egg and cheese sandwiches, and cold-cut piles, and (when very fresh) just plain with a coffee.
