One Sunday of every month (usually, but not always, the first), we make small-batch croissants, entirely by hand!

- To guarantee your delicious Sunday morning breakfast, please make sure to reserve your croissants by 8 PM on the preceding Friday at the latest, when we start the long process of making them!
- Croissants come out of the oven all buttery and crispy on Sunday morning.
- We usually have limited numbers available to order after Friday night, but we cannot guarantee them as the process has already begun.
